About Hey Baby Candles
Born in Brisbane, Allison grew up in The Sunshine State until she was 13 years old. She moved to the bright lights of Sydney for 12 years before returning to Brisbane.
With adult twin children, Allison juggled motherhood and working in Banking and finance. She began her career in the back office processing and climbed to a position in Sales and then into a leadership role.
Allison loves her family passionately. She spends as much time as she can in that nurturing role. She counts herself fortunate to have an incredible extended family and many great friends.
Allison started making candles in her kitchen 6 months ago. This part of her journey began when she received a candle as a gift. She then started making them for friends and family and finds it therapeutic. Candle-making is her haven when things get overwhelming — that and when she runs out of wine.
